My name is Ro and I was rather ordinary until I became a mother, until I became an entrepreneur in the field of mental health and until my 22 year old daughter Caity died in her sleep.
Then I became extra ordinary.
I am a full time Mental Health Coach and work with adults living with a wide range of mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, bi polar mood disorder, schizophrenia, personality disorders and psychosis.
As a coach, I encourage my clients to share their stories and so too, my wise counselor Christina encouraged me to document my Mental Health Skills Program and my own thoughts as I shared them in the form of poetry. If you are living with depression or a mental health disorder, or if you have experienced, grief, hurt, loss or tragedy, I hope that some of these tips, techniques and thoughts will be helpful to you along your journey.
